What is the ODP policy regarding which sites/holes must be logged?

ODP policy states that logging must occur for any hole that is deeper than 400 meters. If the interval has been logged in another hole at the same site, logging is not required. Exceptions to this policy must be approved by the Director, ODP Logging Services.
