What is the OAS Portal?
OAS Portal is the Organization of American States’ portal web site. Just go to http://www.oas.org/ and you will find all the information made available on the Internet by the organisms, entities and unities of the OAS, including the Permanent Council, the General Secretariat, the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, the Board of Auditors, the Inter-American Development Council, etc. The OAS Portal provides a vast array of information on Peace, Justice and Solidarity in the Americas, particularly concerning the OAS’s objectives, policies and institutional set-up. The OAS Portal is designed to be as user-friendly as possible in line with the Inter-American System institutions’ commitment to openness.
