What is the Nutronix exchange policy?
Domestic: Exchanges will be accepted if the product is returned to the Nutronix office within 30 days of the orders shipment. International: Returns will be accepted if the product is returned to the Nutronix office within 60 days of the orders shipment. Products being sent back for exchange should be sent to the below address. The products returned for exchange must be unopened and presentable for resale. The price and CV will be returned to the current month. A $5 exchange fee will be charged along with the return shipping based on the weight of the products being shipped back out for the exchange. The difference of the product prices will be either charged or credited to the method used for the original order. Exchanges will take up to two weeks to process once received in the Nutronix office. **It is STRONGLY recommended that all returns be sent by a guaranteed/insured method of shipping because exchanges will ONLY be processed if the products are actually received in the Nutronix
