Our program is based a 30-30-40 combination of fats, proteins and carbohydrates. We to follow the tenants of the diet written by Dr. Barry Sears. The concept of eating 5-6 small, well balanced meals has been around for least 50 years, and used by body builders such as Charles Atlas. Our program is not specifically a low carbohydrate program, but a modified carbohydrate intake, where we control the portion size and the amount of calories consumed.
