What is the Nutritional difference between Whole Wheat pasta and Regular pasta, which is better and why?

Whole wheat means that it still has the bran, the germ and the grain in it as opposed to the normal white pasta which has had one or more of those things removed from it taking away from its nutritional value and goodness.Id also say that the normal pasta has more refined sugar in it than the whole wheat that has naturally ocuring sugars =slower obsorbtion and less fat storage.hope that helps!
