Its a tackling drill where both players lay on their backs head to head about 1 yard apart one person has the ball and the other doesn’t.Usually there are cones on both sides of the players where they have to stay inside of.The coach blows the whistle and they both get up and the person with the ball tries to run over the other person while that person tries to tackle them.
