What is the number of retries before user accounts are lockout?
ICON is aligned with the Government IT Security Policy on the number of logouts. User’s account will be locked if there are 6 consecutive retries. User are encouraged to retrieve their password using the secret question and answer features. They should approach their School administrator to reset their password.
