What is the number of core workers allowed on an LAUSD/PSA Project?

Specialty/Sub contractors are allowed five workers per job/trade. (General Contractor’s are allowed to have unlimited core workers on site for the basic non-specialty trades.) 1st, 3rd, 7th, and 9th worker on each project may be core workers. All other workers will be from the Union hiring hall.
