A. Cancellations received in writing on or before Friday, August 22, 2008 will be refunded less a $50.00 service fee per registrant. Cancellations received after Friday, August 22, 2008 and “no shows” are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for Expo Only or Spouse/Guest registrations. All cancellation requests should be sent to: National Safety Council, ATTN: Congress Refunds at fax: 630.285.0798 or email: congressrefunds@nsc.org. If your badge has already been mailed, it must be mailed back to the NSC to process your refund (if applicable).
