What is the NSC 2011 Congress & Expo registration cancellation/refund policy?

A. Cancellations received in writing on or before Friday, September 2, 2011 will be refunded less a $100 processing fee per registrant. Cancellations received after Friday, September 2, 2011 and “no shows” are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for Expo Only registrations, Spouse/Guest registrations or donations made to the National Safety Council Friends of Safety Campaign. All cancellation requests should be sent to the National Safety Council, ATTN: Congress Refunds, via fax (630) 285-0798 or e-mail congressrefunds@nsc.org. If your badge has already been mailed, it must be mailed back to the National Safety Council to process your refund (if refund is applicable per the above terms).
