PNorth Shore-LIJ’s Clinical Integration Independent Physician Association (CIIPA, or IPA for short) consists of approximately 4,000 employed and community-based physicians throughout New York who have agreed to take the North Shore-LIJ Employee Benefits Plan and to deliver quality care to employees at set rates which helps North Shore-LIJ keep costs down.
