The normal range for blood glucose is 70 to 130 mg/db. However, extrinsic factors can lower or increase the glucose levels to some degree. Generally, if the reading of glucose is 200 or more, the dog is considered diabetic and if the reading is 60 or lower, the dog is considered hypoglycemic.
