I’ve heard that the top number should be 100 plus your childs age,so if your child is 11 then 111/75 or 80 should be normal for him. Sometime when kids are sick and get dehydrated or get up too fast their B/P will drop and that can make him dizzy. I would make sure he is drinking enough.
