What is the normal PSI compression test for a 350chev engine??

It varies on any given engine depending on how dry the cylinders are and how many cranks you go before taking the reading. In general, all the engines I’ve ever tested were in pretty good shape and got up to 150 psi or so after 5 cranks of the engine. Normally you see the gauge jump up to 90 psi on the first two cranks. I’m not sure what difference it makes if the engine is hot or cold, but a test procedure should tell you that. A “leak down” test is supposed to be preferable to a compression test. You can buy leak down testers as well as compression testers.
