What is the normal processing time for a response to a search for reports (self-query) request?
The Data Bank will process your search for reports (self-query) request within two business days of receipt of the electronic and mailed notarized form. Under certain circumstances, additional processing may be required. Once the search for reports (self-query) has completed processing the Data Bank will send you an email notification. You may then check the report status from the Data Bank home page by clicking Check Your Report Status. The response will be available for you to view for 45 days.
