There is no standard because it depends mainly on the complexity of the sites, the amount of local formulas (equations developed by the site itself, which are not available in the general literature) and the process (for instance, how many blast furnaces, usage of sinter or not, integration with the steel shop, converters used after EAF steel making). Implementation can take anything between 3 and 9 months.
