Three Dot Dash Global Teen Leaders (GTLs) are carefully selected and invited to participate in the yearlong Three Dot Dash initiative based on nominations by non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and other qualified organizations that are members of the Three Dot Dash Coalition. Both organizations and potential GTLs must complete a Three Dot Dash Nomination Form and submit it by the deadline. The deadline for the 2010 Three Dot Dash initiative is July 1, 2009. Final GTLs are then selected by a distinguished Three Dot Dash Selection Committee.
