The Nomadic Troop Encampment is a conquerable town that moves. Importantly it can be conquered even if a player has 10 towns(the maximum town limit). There is only 1 of these towns on the entire map, and it chages location every 24 hours. Usually who ever holds this town, is the number 1 player in the game! It can be identified, because it looks like a camp on the map and has a population of 800.
