What is the next step after copying the file?
Log into SIMS with the user name corresponding to the user subdirectory where the files were copied. Academic Progress/Processes/Internal Course Conversion Select Option #3 from the menu – Import course conversion data from LEA. This step will select the information from the LEA file that is appropriate to your school and populate this information in the table right below the menu options. This table will display the state subject code, the “old” internal number, and the “new” internal number for each course in your database.
