The first effect after the confirmation of any seizing/freezing order is that it is received by Administrator for administration and management.If the seizing/freezing order is in connection with a person who is a convict or a detainee the Competent Authority issues a Show cause notice. In case of an arrestee show cause notice is issued only after his conviction.
