What is the Newton Fund?
The Newton Fund is a limited partnership created to identify and purchase securities of privately-held and publicly-traded companies. The Funds objective is to significantly outperform the S&P 500 Index while minimizing risk to its investors. The Fund is very long-term oriented and, although annual withdrawals of capital are permitted (see below), investors should not consider investing unless they are comfortable committing funds for at least five years.
