The New Writers List is an E-mail group for writers of prose and poetry, open to all, regardless of genre or level of experience. It was started by Sherry Vaughn, author of TRAP DOOR, TAPESTRY, GLASS HOUSE, and A GIFT FOR ROO. Sherry wanted a comfortable place where writers could offer their work for good honest critique, and find practical information and encouragement to develop marketable writing skills. Information on the other side of writing–the business side of finding agents, publishers, and the technicalities of pulling together a manuscript for publicationis also provided.
