Effective January 31, 2010 the price for first application build submission of primary and secondary devices will be $75 per device/PID* when the submission includes an application test results report. If the submission does not include an application test results report your charge will be $560 per device/PID. For more information on how to complete the test results reporting form please visit the Intertek site and go to the “Self Test Help” option in the navigation links on the left.
