Thomas Jefferson University is offering an accelerated Master of Science in Bioscience Technologies starting in the fall 2006. • What does “accelerated professional” mean? The accelerated program allows students to complete all of their graduate coursework in one calendar year (September – August). Most MS-level programs require at least a two-year curriculum. Professional means you are learning the skills, techniques and theory that will prepare you for employment as a technologist in clinical or anatomic pathology laboratories, or in biotech or pharmaceutical laboratories. You will also acquire knowledge and skills that can enhance your application to advanced graduate programs at the doctoral level. • What makes this degree unique?
