What is the New Jersey Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) Program?
The EOF Program is one of the most comprehensive and successful state-supported efforts to provide access to higher education to those who have been burdened with economic and educational disadvantages. The EOF Program provides eligible students with academic support services such as counseling, career and transfer advising, application fee waivers, study skills workshops, and an additional state grant.
