What is the new internal posting site and what are the differences between the current site and the new site?
• Create your Personal Profile online. It will be retained on the site for you and you may update the profile as needed. You may complete your personal profile without responding to a specific job and the system will automatically notify you if a position matching your selected career function and geographic location becomes available. • Cut and paste your resume or use the personal resume builder to create one. This information will be retained as part of your personal profile. • Search opportunities by career function and geographic location and respond directly online. Ability to create job search agents to have matching jobs against your skills e-mailed to you. • Everything will be automated, and we will no longer be using the Position Advancement Form. The entire posting process is done on-line. The new job posting site is a tremendous tool to promote your skills and desire for other opportunities across the Company.
