What is the New Canaan Community Foundation?
Since its inception in 1977, the New Canaan Community Foundation has built a permanent endowment to support projects that advance the educational, civic, cultural and social aspects of New Canaan. The foundation acts both as a steward for donors and selective grant maker. The foundation makes grants throughout the greater New Canaan area to organizations that address a broad range of the community’s needs.
