What is the NEAP Master Plan?
We want the Nordic ATM Service concept to be seen in the context of, and contributing to, the wider European and international regulatory and legislative environment – the Single European Sky (SES), the European ATM Master Plan to be developed within the SESAR project and the NAT implementation roadmap. The master plan provides a road map to how the NEAP countries are going to work together in the future and what they are going to achieve through their collaboration. Efficiently meet aviation demand through the foreseeable future while preserving the flexibility necessary to respond to changing conditions. The general goals and objectives addressed by the master plan of NEAP includes the following: • To provide a framework for long-range planning (2020) • To define the purpose and need for development projects • To enable the co-operation to achieve its mission.
