What is the nature of the violations?
were inspected on both the operating portion of the line and that portion between Penngrove and Windsor requesting partial relief. Several defects where noted by the FRA and some were corrected. Since the NWPY discontinued operations while these inspections were in progress, some defects were not corrected. Instead, all crossings were deactivated and placed out of service. A complete set of these inspections can be viewed upon request.
