The NHS Live Team recognises the importance of active support from chief executives and SHAs to maximise the learning from NHS Live. The DH has announced the ongoing development of NHS Live as a key vehicle for NHS reform at a number of forums and emphasised the need for senior level support to ensure that innovations in improving the patient experience are more widely shared and embedded. The NHS Live Team is also strengthening SHA coordinator support to help them spread learning and best practice in their region. 4.
