What is the National Safety Councils hotel cancellation/refund policy?
A. The National Safety Council’s cancellation policy is stated on your confirmation letter and may vary by hotel. If you do not cancel your reservation prior to the specified cancellation period, the hotel will charge a penalty of one night’s room and tax – to the credit card given to reserve each room. Deposits will be refunded if reservations are cancelled prior to the specified cancellation period. In most cases, reservations cancelled inside the hotel’s cancellation period will incur a charge of one night’s room and tax per room reservation. Cancellation numbers can only be obtained by emailing or calling an Ambassadors/NSC Hotel Services customer service associate on the toll free number for the NSC Hotel Services. When cancelling directly with a customer service associate, it is always advisable for guests to ask for a cancellation number and the name of the agent they spoke with.
