What is the National Quality Center (NQC)?
NQC was established to nationally advance the quality of care and services for all people living with HIV/AIDS. Since September 2004, NQC has established itself as the premiere provider of state-of-the-art technical assistance on quality improvement to Ryan White Program funded grantees. The National Quality Center is funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) through a cooperative agreement with the New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute.
