The NHMM has sold over 60,000 copies to date. This manual can be used by homeowners and builders in any state The National Home Maintenance Manual complies with all states’ laws regarding builders’ Right to Repair, with respect to the maintenance section. The Fifth Edition of the NHMM has been expanded to 137 pages, is still an easy-to-read full color manual that covers all components of homes, condominiums, and other planned communities. The Fifth Edition also includes sections on radon gas and wood boring insects.
