What is the National Defence Workplace Charitable Campaign (NDWCC)?
The National Defence Workplace Charitable Campaign, as part of the Government of Canada Workplace Charitable Campaign (GCWCC), provides National Defence employees in the National Capital Region an opportunity to make a donation to one or more charities of their choice. Every year, a level 1 is designated as the champion. For 2009, the champion is Vice-Admiral Rouleau the VCDS. National Defence has chosen “A tradition in helping others” as its slogan, reflecting the civilian and military members generosity in making a difference in our communities and the lives of our fellows Canadians. Goals of the Campaign: Our monetary goal this year is $1,270,750.00.
