The National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry (the Code) and the Australian Government Industry Guidelines for the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry 2006 (the Guidelines), require organisations to ensure the workplace relations arrangements of potential subcontractors and suppliers, in respect of their construction activities, comply with the Code and the Guidelines.
