What is the National Alliance for Drug Endangered Children (National DEC)?

0

The National Alliance for Drug Endangered Children (National DEC) is a nationwide collaboration of individuals and entities dedicated to helping children endangered by substance abuse. Our staff and partners provide leadership and support to states and local communities and those who assist and care for drug endangered children. Based in Westminster, Colorado, we provide training and technical assistance to enhance collaborations, develop and promote best practices, and establish child-centered approaches to help children caught up in the destructive cycle inherent in the abuse, manufacture, and distribution of illicit drugs. Since our inception as a national non-profit in 2006, we have provided support and assistance to more than 25 statewide Drug Endangered Children Alliances across the country.
