It is a form of Child Support Enforcement offered by the Central Governmental Depository of the Clerk’s Office. Pursuant to Florida Statutes 61.13016 and 322.058, when a Payer is fifteen (15) days delinquent in making payments in child support, the Payee “MAY” upon written request, initiate the Driver’s License and Motor Vehicle Registration suspension against the Payer.
