The struggle for women to obtain the right to vote was called the suffrage movement. There were many leaders of the movement who helped to make a change. Some of them were Susan B. Anthony, Elizabeth Cady Stanton, and Sojourner Truth. Some of the things that they did were give speeches, and organize and join groups.
