What is the mutual fund and how it is structured?
A Mutual Fund is a pool of money from unrelated investors with common investment objectives and investment profile willing to invest their money as one investment account (portfolio) and delegate the investment powers to a Fund Manager (the Bank). The Investment Manager, on behalf of the Fund participants, invests the Fund assets in a variety of assets in accordance with the Fund’s terms and conditions.
