ADDITIONAL SERVICES/ DIRECT COSTS Q: What are the electrical capacities for Vanderbilt Hall and where are the circuits located? A: There are 80 (80 ) sixteen (16) amp circuits within the floor of Vanderbilt that are available for use free of charge (following Metro North Electrical approval). Additional power (up to 400 amps) is available for additional fees. Q: How are the additional fees for direct services determined? A: Direct fees for additional services such as auxiliary electrical power (other than floor electric), forklift usage, fireguards, customer service representatives and other services are based on hourly union wages for straight time and overtime. A price estimate will be given once schedules for load-in, timing of actual event, number of expected guests and power requirements have been submitted to Jones Lang LaSalle.
