The cost of Diamond Member Program is $300.00 annually and includes eleven consecutive Monthly Education Meetings and the Annual Awards Banquet. It does not include CMP Study Group, fundraisers, regional or national meetings etc. Please refer to the Membership Section under Benefits for a Diamond Member Program Application.
