What is the most unusual request for an ice cream flavour or ingredient?
We’ve had a magazine request that we make ice cream with ingredients like french fries, kueh balu, potato chips, fried rice and cuttlefish! Some were tasty but some tasted just wrong, perhaps because they were mixed with an inappropriate flavour. I believe that when it comes to desserts, there will always be flavours that complement each other, regardless of its individual taste. Which dessert (besides ice cream) makes you go weak in the knees? The only other food in the world that has a place in my heart besides ice cream is good quality chocolate.
