What is the most important part of the application that stands out to the MSP Selection Review Committee?
Generally, all the applicants look alike academically, so it is very important to spend sufficient time on the essay. Choose non-relatives that know you personally for recommendations and can speak highly on your behalf in terms of your commitment to diversity, culture, and be able to explain in detail your role in these endeavors. Do not reiterate your academic credentials in the essay or the recommendation forms. Those credentials are evident in the high school transcript and college prep form.
