What is the most effective way to synchronize lips with sound?
Use the following workflow: 1. Add the sound in Stickman (category Sound). 2. Add a key with Speaker Tool where you want the sound to begin. 3. Activate the switch or control points tool for mouth. 4. With the mouse cursor over the time line with numbers, hold left mouse button and drag. 5. You will hear the sound frame by frame when changing the selected frame. 6. Add a key frame and change the mouth for each letter that is pronounced. Right drag the time line for accurate scrolling when animating speech. You can also activate View->Preview: Time Line to not preview the whole scene from beginning.
