What is the most effective orthopedic neck support pillow?
I have fibromyalgia and with it comes severe neck an head pain. The are two pillows that I can use. First is the supreme Tempur-Pedic Pillow. It is very pricey http://www.tempurpedic.com/tempurcmsvb/ but you can find the same pillows still in the box on e-bay. That is where I got mine. The other pillow is not so expensive and has helped my neck a lot too. It is a buckwheat filled pillow. I know that sounds crazy.
