What is the most cost effective disc inkjet printing system?
The printer with the lowest consumable cost per disc is the Microboards Print Factory. Color inkjet discs can have a consumable cost as low as 13 per disc when printing at 1200dpi substantially less than the 30 per disc you will see using a Primera Bravo II. This is a tradeoff when looking at an automated printing solution, where the Print Factory has a higher purchase price, but youll make that up if your printing a lot of discs. The primary reason is the Print Factorys larger capacity ink cartridges, which drive the cost per print down.
