• Not using the proper User ID and passwords. Write down your User ID and Password in a place where you will not lose them. The system will tell you if you use an incorrect User ID or password. Parents with multiple children often get them mixed up. You can retrieve them by using the prompts on the login screen, accessible by clicking on the login link in the upper right corner.
