What is the most beautiful place to watch the sunset in london?
Parliament Hill on Hampstead Heath is the best place – take some wine (if it’s warm) or maybe some coffee in a flask and a bit of whiskey (if it’s chilly!) and enjoy! Bout 15 mins walk from Hampstead tube or about 10mins from Hampstead Heath overground station. Not very private although it is very open and peaceful. I don’t know how likely you are to find somewhere private in London….. the observatory in Greenwich has great views from the other direction and will be much quieter especially after the observatory itself has shut (you can still use the park outside).
