What is the mood in the worship service?

Before and after the service, the sounds of happy people talking and greeting one another are common. Our services are orderly and respectful, but not overly formal. We clap after special music and laugh at the preachers jokes (usually). We try to sing with joy in our hearts and pray with humble spirits and quiet conviction. The mood is light, peaceful, and friendly.
