Each purchaser pays a monthly occupancy fee based on the size of their selected apartment suite or garden home. These monthly fees are fixed for the 1st year of operation and will be confirmed when the Life Lease Occupancy Agreement is executed just prior to the start of construction. The Monthly Occupancy Fees includes G.S.T. Please refer to the Monthly Occupancy Fee chart for a breakdown of these fees for each suite type and for details on what is included.
